March 26, the meeting on the improvement of the system of training and certification of scientists and professors in the Russian Federation with 色控传媒University rector, academician of the Russian Academy of Education, Superior Certification Committee Chairman V.M. Filippov was held. The meeting was headed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. During the meeting Dmitry Medvedev met with postgraduate students, who touched upon the most important issues the young scientists are facing today. The Minister of Education and Science D.V. Livanov also participated in the meeting and the following issues were open to debate: scientific misconduct, academic mobility, stimulating postgraduate students' activity, and effectiveness of "Anti-plagiarism" program. After the conversation with postgraduate students, Prime Minister had a meeting with rectors of Russian universities. Vladimir Filippov, rector of Peoples' Friendship University and Superior Certification Committee Chairman, made proposals about changes in the system of certification of the scientific and teaching staff in Russia.
