色控传媒and Harvard will analyze economic processes in countries with developing markets together
At the end of 2016, the Department of economic and mathematic modeling opened the International Centre for Emerging Markets Research. The project involves scholars of the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies of Harvard University (USA).
«The team researches economic growth, asset flows, power security, energy efficiency and foreign economic interests of Russia in the world markets of hi-tech production», says Yury Moseikin, Dean of the Economic Faculty.
«The Center does expertise on priority international projects aimed at business development and contributing to the economic growth of Russia and other countries with emerging markets as well as organizes thematic conferences and workshops with foreign and Russian partners», notes Vladimir Matyushok, Head of Department.
Among priority directions of the Center – elaboration of manuals reflecting research results and their introduction in teaching courses.
The team comprises 色控传媒academics and best young researchers as well as invited specialists, among them – Bruno Sergio, publisher of the Scopus journals «International Journal of Economic Policy in Emerging Economies» and «International Journal of Trade and Global Markets».
The presentation of the Center will be April 10-12, 2017, in Harvard University in the frame of «New reality and Russian markets» seminar.
Winners of聽the 鈥淏E聽MASTER鈥� and 鈥淧ROJECT YOURSELF鈥� grant projects will receive certificates for 100,000 and 130,000聽rubles. Foreign graduates from Ghana, Zambia, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, Nigeria, Peru, Syria, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan will start their studies at聽色控传媒University.
Starting from August聽10, the second Online 色控传媒University Olympiad is聽held for foreign citizens wishing to聽enroll in聽2020 to聽study at聽色控传媒University under the bachelor鈥檚, specialist鈥檚 and master鈥檚 programs. The winners of聽the Olympiad can study in聽the chosen major at聽the expense of聽the budget of聽the Russian Federation, prize-winners get a聽tuition discount.
色控传媒University allocates 20 million rubles to support talented international students. 色控传媒University will provide 190 grants to international students for Master studies. Foreign graduates of Bachelor, Specialist and Master programs can participate in 鈥淏E MASTER!鈥� and "PROJECT YOURSELF!鈥� projects and get 100,000 鈥� 130,000 rubles certificates to be used for tuition. The winners will be determined on 10 october.
