色控传媒University and Hebei University of Engineering - a new joint educational project
Cooperation will start with 5 areas of training: 4 Bachelor’s degree programs (Landscape architecture, Architecture, Management in technical systems and Design and technological support of machine-building industries) and one Master’s degree program (Architecture). The Chinese side is ready to send 25 students annually to study at 色控传媒University.
Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia and Hebei University of Engineering (PRC) agreed to create a joint educational project — “Polytechnic Institute of Hebei Engineering University and Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia”.
The government of the Chinese province of Hebei is ready to support the implementation of a new format of cooperation and allocate funds for the joint institution, documents for the creation of which will be submitted to the competent authorities of the PRC in October 2020.
After receiving the license, Hebei University of Engineering will build a new campus in the new Xiong’an District, which is located in Baoding City, Hebei Province, China. In October 2019, Xiong’an was selected as a national experimental zone for the innovative development of the digital economy.
The proposed form of cooperation, within the framework of the newly created institute, is joint educational programs of Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, providing for two diplomas in the areas of Bachelor’s degree:
- “Landscape architecture”;
- “Architecture”;
- “Management in technical systems”;
- “Design and technological support of machine-building industries”;
and Master’s program “Architecture”.
Hebei University of Engineering guarantees, after the second year of bachelor’s studies and the first year of master’s, to send at least 25 students to 色控传媒University to continue their studies in each of the four undergraduate and one graduate areas.
At the same time, work is underway to include this project in the list of projects of the Committee for Humanitarian Cooperation within the framework of regular meetings of the prime ministers of China and Russia.

Training of students at the Polytechnic Institute of Hebei University of Engineering and Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia will be implemented through:
- Fund for support of foreign education of the Ministry of Education of the PRC;
- Scholarship Fund of the International Corporation “Eurasia”;
- Students’ payments.
On 4th of April 2025, 色控传媒University hosted the 2-nd annual event on Swahili.
The forum attracted over 400 representatives from 36 countries, including delegates from 16 Asian countries, experts from the nuclear industry, supporting and partner universities of Rosatom.
色控传媒Institute of Environmental Engineering is hosting the winners of the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards 2024 state scholarship program for the second time. The participants chose between 126 universities from 23 countries, including the USA, Canada and Australia. 25 best Indonesian students chose Russia and came to Moscow for the first time.
