PhD student of 色控传媒Medical Institute speaks at the V Congress of the Euro-Asian Society for Infectious Diseases
The event is aimed at sharing experience in the use of advanced medical technologies in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of infectious diseases in adults and children, as well as in coordinating efforts to improve medical care for infectious patients.

Ekaterina Samotolkina, a PhD student of 色控传媒Department of Infectious Diseases with courses in epidemiology and phthisiology presented studies on the causes of death of severe HIV-infected patients in the intensive care unit, risk factors for cardiovascular disease in HIV-infected patients over the age of 40, analysis of the definition of insufficient adherence to treatment in the cascade of medical care for HIV-infected patients, and malaria situation on the territory of Ukraine. The materials are published in the Annex to the Journal "Infectology", indexed in Scopus.
The event was organized by the RF Ministry of Health, the Euro-Asian Society for Infectious Diseases, the Ministry of Health of the Novosibirsk Region, the Novosibirsk State Medical University, the Children's Scientific and Clinical Center for Infectious Diseases, St. Petersburg Public Organization "Humans and human health".
